Tandem Cylinder Data

The experimental data corresponding to the requested simulation results is 
included in the data directory. The directories are named to correspond
to the sections in the problem statement (included in the main directory
as a pdf). Tecplot(TM) layout files are included. The figures directory 
contains png images of the plotted data. Authors are requested to use
the Tecplot(TM) layouts with their data or attempt to come as close as
possible to the formatting displayed in the png images. Submitted data
should be in the same format as the experimental data so that it can be 
easily brought into Tecplot(TM).
